Michael Batio phoned me yesterday 5/14/09 and asked if I'd like to jam with him at 2 Dean Guitar clinics and of course I said heck yea! Well I'm getting closer and closer to recording my second CD. I've got my National Guitar Workshop seminar in July this year and I think I'll be going into the studio right after that. The CD will be eclectic like my first CD "Tiebreaker" was including a track dedicated to my late friend Spanky Alford. I've got a great amp (an old British Roost) that I'll be using along with my Dean Cadillac USA (my baby). There'll be some acoustic stuff too. I think I'm gonna title the CD "Jawbreaker". Not the candy, the fist!Sierra acoustic guitar endorsement...

Hey guys sorry it takes a minute to get to the new blog section but I've got some interesting things to tell you! First, my buddy Ron Thal (Guns'n'Roses) has come down with pneumonia so please remember Ron and we hope for a speedy recovery. He's been practicing with G'n'R around 12 hours a day with no break in sight!!!Second, my good friend Angus Clark (Trans-Siberian Orchestra) has a new band "The Daredevil Squadron". They've got some great tunes so if you're into some serious metal check'em out at www.myspace.com/daredevilsquadron. I'll be back with more exciting news for you soon. I constantly have something going on so stay tuned.
